Area A Draft OCP - Community Feedback Survey
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this survey is to gather input into the Draft Electoral Area A Official Community Plan (OCP) which has been developed based on extensive background research and community engagement. The survey is focused on reviewing the 10 policy areas that are a key component of the OCP document.
The policies in each of these areas were informed by the 8 guiding plan principles:
- Reconciliation and Collaboration
- Conservation of Natural Resources
- Authenticity and Uniqueness
- Community Well-Being
- Sustainable Local Economy
- Affordable and Accessible Housing
- Resilient Natural Environment
- Access to Parks, Trails, and Outdoor Recreation
We want to hear from you – do you think we captured important community priorities and goals for Area A over the next 10 to 20 years?
We recommend that you review the Draft OCP prior to completing the survey.
How will your feedback be used?
Your feedback will be used to inform any changes to the Draft OCP before it is presented to the SLRD Board of Directors for further consideration.
Please set aside 10-20 minutes to complete this survey.
